Charnwood Medical Group is a group of three surgeries, Storer Road Surgery, Outwoods Medical Centre or Forest Edge Medical Centre below.
With hope that through this website you can find all the information you need at the click of a mouse. We have included information all all aspects of the practice including clinics and services and lots of links to useful health information and information on self treatment. You can get in touch with us, sign up for our newsletter book appointments and request prescriptions using the tabs at the top of the page.

A Short History
The Partnership dates back to the 19th Century. Originally, the premises, part of which used to be a stable, were in Victoria Street. In 1980 we moved to house in Ashby Road with access at the rear in Storer Road. Outwoods Medical Centre was opened in 1988 and the Forest Edge Medical Centre in 1991. Our involvement in teaching has helped us to keep up to date and to offer improved care. The practice belongs to the Leicestershire County and Rutland Primary Care Trust. This provides community services for 200,000 people.
